BUILT FOR MUSIC VENUES
Run the show.
Sell the tickets.
Own your data.
Forward the offer email. Showrunner turns it into the record, the hold on the calendar, the ticket page and the settlement — and every buyer stays your guest, with the ticket money landing in your own Stripe account, daily.
No card. Your data stays in the EU. Export everything, any time.

A real offer email, in. A finished record, out.
Pick a sample offer below and watch the fields fill — date, fee, deal type, get-in, curfew, the lot. Have your own? You can paste it instead; it's processed in the EU and deleted after the demo, and we say when a field is uncertain rather than guess.
Your week today. Your week with Showrunner.
Most venues run a show on Excel, Google Calendar and about ten emails to the ticket company. Here is the same show, the same week — with all of that gone.
An offer lands. Forward it.
Retype the agent's email into Excel. Put a hold in Google Calendar. Hope they match.
Forward the email to your venue address. The record, the hold and the attached contract exist before you've replied to the agent.

Confirmed. Two clicks and it's on sale.
Email the ticket company the date, prices, capacity and artwork. Wait a day. Check the link. Email again.
Set the price and capacity on the record. Publish. Your ticket page is live under your name — merch, dinner and drinks as add-ons — and payouts hit your Stripe account daily. Showrunner never holds your money.

Show day. Everything you need, in one app.
A printed runsheet, three group chats, the rider PDF somewhere in email, and the guest list on paper.
Show Mode is the day-of sheet on a phone: load-in, soundcheck, doors, curfew, contacts, rider, guest list and the checklist — all from the record. Nothing gets left out, because nothing has to be copied.

Doors. One scanner reads every code.
A rented scanner or a printed list, and a queue. Merch and pre-sold dinner on a separate sheet.
Our door app on a professional Android scanner — 73 ms a scan — or on any staff phone. Door sales built in. Ticket, merch pack, dinner and drinks each have their own QR, and the same device reads all of them.

73 ms · door sales · every code
The show ends. The settlement is already written.
Pull numbers from the ticket system, the door sheet, the merch tally and the bar. Copy them into the settlement template. Email it. Fix it. Email again.
Every number is already on the record — tickets, door, add-ons, the split — so the settlement writes itself the moment the show is over. Print it or send the PDF to the agent with one click.

Every buyer is your guest.
The ticket company owns the buyer. The marketing consent is theirs. Your audience gets someone else's newsletter.
Buyers opt in to hear from you — email and SMS — right at checkout. Your guests, your data, exportable any time. Nobody markets other venues' shows to them.

No card · EU-hosted · export any time
Everything else a venue does, one line each.

Promoter workspace
Promoters see their shows across venues, on the same record.
Your data, your servers
Everything you enter lives on servers in the EU. Nothing is used to train AI — ours or anyone's. Export it all, any time.
The consent a buyer ticks at checkout is consent to hear from you.
On a marketplace, that box belongs to the marketplace — and your audience gets someone else's newsletter about someone else's shows. On Showrunner the guest list is yours: email and SMS opt-in per buyer, exportable any time, sold under your name on your own ticket page.
Opt-in at checkout
Email and SMS, per buyer, in the buyer's language. Stored against your venue, not ours.
Your name on the ticket
The venue is the seller of record. Showrunner appears once, in the footer.
Export, any time
Buyers, orders, consent — CSV whenever you want it. No lock-in by design.
Nobody else in the inbox
We never market other venues' shows to your guests. Ever.
The questions every venue asks first.
I have a Billetlugen / Ticketmaster contract. Can I still use it?
Yes. Records, contracts, advance requests, Show Mode and settlement all work without our ticketing. Move ticket sales when the contract lets you — or don't.
Doesn't the marketplace bring me buyers?
No. Nobody browses a ticket vendor's marketplace for something to do on a Friday. Artists bring the buyers, and the venue that books the right artist fills the room — the marketplace just takes the consent and the fee on the way through.
Where does the ticket money go?
Into your own Stripe account, paid out daily. Showrunner never holds your funds; card processing is on us.
What does the scanner cost, and what if it breaks on a Friday night?
The scanner is free for venues on an exclusive ticketing agreement. It runs our own door app, and any staff phone works as a backup.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it with you. Export everything — buyers, orders, records, consent — as CSV, any time, before or after you cancel. Your subscription simply stops, and we don't keep a copy of your guest list to market to.
One price. The fees are on the page, not in the contract.
Founding Price 2026: €99 a month billed annually, or €129 month to month — the price stays locked for as long as your subscription is active, including beyond 2026. Ticket fees are paid by the buyer, shown before they pay; you always receive the full ticket price, straight into your own Stripe account, and if you sell enough, some of the fees come back to you.
| Ticket price | Ticket fee |
|---|---|
| Up to €15.00 | €2.00 |
| Up to €25.00 | €2.75 |
| Up to €45.00 | €4.00 |
| Up to €65.00 | €5.50 |
| Above €65.00 | €6.75 |
| Plus an order fee of €1.50 per order — charged once per purchase, no matter how many tickets it contains. |

Sell 10,000+ tickets a year? A share of the fees comes back to you.
The marketplaces reserve this for the big rooms. Ours is public: a 3-year ticketing agreement, at least 10,000 tickets a year, and a fixed share of the ticket fees returned to you — signed, not whispered. Full terms, §10.
